Forgot to take a pic of breakfast. I was busy prepping my meds for the week, so hubs made me an egg and gf french toast with berries.
When I got home from my doc visit, I made this cauliflower wrap for lunch. GF wrap, hummus, roasted red pepper, lots of chopped spinach, and roasted cauliflower, garlic, and onions. And herbs from the garden (sage and basil).
Craving something sweet, so blended up this smoothie: frozen banana, macadamia nuts, almond milk, hemp protein powder, sexy hot chocolate mix (cacao, carob, and maca) and stevia.
Raw vegan cheesecake satisfies a sweet craving as well. My pastry-chef sis-in-law tried it and approves, so I know it’s good.
Came across this specimen while juicing. Odd.
Carrot-ginger. Yum!
