Wednesday’s Breakfast

Sautéed garlic in olive oil, then added chicken broth and grits, Himalayan sea salt and pepper. Also mixed in some nutritional yeast as an attempt at cheese grits, but I probably wont do that again. I think I used too much. The flavor was a bit strong. Anyway, put that over a bed of baby spinach and topped it with 2 eggs.

    1. It’s a morning glory muffin- great recipe from Clean Eating. I made a big batch a while back (before gluten-free) and froze them. So that was Vic’s. He needs a supplement to all the veggies sometimes. 😉
