Friday’s Dinner

Attended a Women’s Conference at church tonight. Great time for worship and recharging the spiritual batteries. It’s going on tomorrow morning, too.

I packed these to take with me, since they’d be serving food I probably couldn’t eat. As it turned out, they just had lots of chocolate after the service, which we skipped. So I ate my packed snacks when I got back home.

That’s sunflower butter and blueberries on gf bread, a clementine, strawberries and blackberries with sprigs of chocolate mint, chopped bell peppers and gf tortilla chips to dip in hummus (in the animal container) and some healthy snack mix (nuts, seeds, dried fruit). I didn’t eat the clementine, the peppers, most of the tortilla chips, or the snack mix.
