Looks suspiciously like lunch. Lol. Gluten-free brown rice noodles (good!) topped with olive oil, garlic, and slightly sautéed tomatoes. The tomatoes from the farmer’s market are so good. I love that I find types not so common at the grocery store (like the yellows) and the red ones are so deeply red and flavorful.

I have a few. I expected them since I’m tapering off prednisone, but they’re nothing out of the ordinary at this point. It’s going to take a while, and probably further adjustments, more trial and error, to see real results. Gotta be patient.
