Already loving the “Crazy Sexy Diet” by Kris Carr, the woman who made the documentary Crazy Sexy Cancer, which I have yet to see but was featured on yet another amazing documentary, Forks Over Knives. It’s reinforcing my need to take responsibility for my own health and take charge of my wellness plan. My doctors can’t do it, my family can’t do it, it has to be me. And I. Can. Do. It. 🙂
