Tired from flaring and had no energy to put into dinner. Husband made food for himself and the baby (with gluten) so I did simple rice noodles with olive oil and pesto for myself. Oh- and some leftover red juice. Mouth feels very uncomfortable tonight. Praying for some overnight healing and a good day tomorrow.
